Agile Project Management

David serves as the president  and seminar leaders for the PMI Global Registered Education Provider, Technology As Promised, LLC (TAP) / TAPUniversity (since 2002).  TAPUniversity has assisted over 150 professionals attain their PMP and over 1,050 have accessed it since its elearning rollout in 2006.

David enjoys opportunities to provide keynote speaking, training and seminars at regional and national conferences on a range of topics from IT Governance to project portfolio management; sharing with over 11,000 professionals since 1999. He also has written and published best practice articles on project management and software development for IBM's Rational Edge and PMI ISSIG.  He has over twenty years of project and senior management experience in a variety of public and private sector organization.  He holds a Masters of Management and a Masters of Planning (University of Nebraska) as well as a PMP, MCP, MSF, CISA and CBAP.    He is also the President for the PMI Mid-Nebraska Chapter (2007-9) and has served as the Vice President of PMI Heartland Chapter (2007). He's an active member of PMI, International Institute of Business Analysis, and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
